降凝剂与减阻剂联合工业试验

The Joint Site Test of GY Pour Point Depressant and CDR LP Flow Improver

  • 摘要: 为探索满输管道降低能耗的新途径, 在秦京输油管道上进行了GY降凝剂与CDR LP减阻剂联合现场试验。试验结果表明, 在含蜡原油管道中联合添加降凝剂与减阻剂, 只有当油流的雷诺数不低于6000时, 减阻剂和降凝剂才能同时发挥有效作用。分析了试验过程中减阻率与摩阻损失变化之间的关系, 指出了含蜡原油管道中添加减阻剂后减阻率随管道距离增加而下降, 其主要原因是由于油温下降、雷诺数减小的结果。

     

    Abstract: To explore a new approach of the full flow rate of pipeline in energy saving, the joint site test on adding GY pour point depressant and CDR LP flow improver to the oil has been made in Qinjing pipeline. The results show that the two additives can not produce obvious effects when they are simultaneously added to the crude oil only until the Reynolds number > 6 000. The paper analyzes the relations of the drag reduction rate and frictional pressure loss, and points out that the drag reduction rate is declined as the length of pipeline is increased for the waxy oil injected drag reduer, this is because the oil temperature drops down and Reynolds number reduces.
