Technology and Application to Firm Underwater Pipeline by Fiber Reinforced Mats

  • 摘要: 水下管道所处的自然环境非常复杂, 水流将对管道产生各种作用力并且危及管道安全。针对我国现有水下管道的实际状况, 在广泛搜集国内外有关资料的基础上, 提出了一种新型稳定水下管道的方法——水下管道“人工草”固定技术。该方法具有技术先进、用途广、施工简便、费用低等特点, 不但可以解决现有管道埋深不够及裸露、悬空等问题, 而且可以为管道无沟敷设提供一种有效的稳管方法。

     

    Abstract: Because the natural environment of seabed at which the pipeline located is very complicated, the sea current will produce various forces which effect to the marine pipeline and will damage to the pipeline. A new technology which firms the underwater pipeline by fiber reinforced mats is put forward. This technology has many advantages of wide application, simple construction and cost-effectiveness. It would not only solve the problems, such as low-buried depth, bared or hanging pipe of the existing pipelines, but also give a new effective way to firm the pipelines in trenchless job.
