  • 摘要: 数据采集系统具有流程显示、报警处理、趋势图显示、报表打印等项功能,但在油罐液位检测方面还存在着一些不足,所采用的浮标指示误差太大,不能及时准确地反映出罐位的变化。为了进一步完善数据采集系统,滨州输油站首次在油罐上安装了投入式液位计,该液位计性能稳定、精确度高、安装调试和维护十分方便,其价格只有进口液位计的十分之一。液位计所检测到的罐位变量信号可直接传至计算机,从显示仪上便可观察到实际罐位的变化情况,从而弥补了数据采集系统中无罐位变量的不足,这不仅大大降低了劳动强度,同时还提高了工作效率。实践证明,在油罐的液位检测方面,投入式液位计完全可以取代进口液位计。

     

    Abstract: The new-type 2023A liquidometer is put into operation in Binzhou pumping station. This liquidometer has the advantages of high accuracy and easy to install and maintain. The signal of variables detected by the liquidometer can be directly transmitted to the computer, and varying level can be observed on display, which provides the data of level variables to the SCADA system.
