SCC and Control on Sichuan Natural Gas Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 四川天然气管道总长1414 km, 担负西南三省的工业和民用输气任务。近年来因管道腐蚀而爆管的事故不断发生, 造成巨大的经济损失和环境污染。通过对大量管道事故的分析研究, 指出大部分管道爆管事故是由硫化物应力腐蚀造成的, 而导致管道应力腐蚀破坏最主要的因素是硫化氢浓度、管道内含水和管道压力。针对造成事故的原因, 采取了行之有效的控制措施, 抑制了不同类型的应力腐蚀, 取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: The Sichuan natural gas transmission line is 1414 km long, which provides gas for many industrial and domestic customers of three provinces in the Southwest district. In recent years, pipeline corrosion failures have continuously happened, which resulted huge economic losses and serious environmental problems. The study showed that the SCC (sulfide stress corrosion break) is of the primary contribution to such failures, among which the most important factors are the H2S concentration, moisture content and pressure. Based on the study, many effective measures have been taken, and resulted a better control of different types of SCC, and the economic and social benefits.
