埕岛海域钢构件宏电池腐蚀的研究

A study on Macro Cell Corrosion of Steel Structures in Beach of Chengdao Area

  • 摘要: 根据现场和室内试验研究埕岛海域钢构件上宏电池腐蚀情况, 分析比较环境氧浓差、温差、面积比、海水搅动等因素对宏腐蚀电池电动势及电流的影响, 讨论影响电池极性因素和极性逆转机理, 推导出宏腐蚀电池对其阳极腐蚀加速倍率的计算公式, 并提出对实际环境下宏电池腐蚀的防护要点。

     

    Abstract: The macro cell corrosion of steel structure at the beach of Chengdao area was studied by in-situ test and laboratory tests. The influence of many factors, e. g. environmental oxygen concentration difference, temperature difference, area ratio of anode and cathode, the stirring rate of sea water and so on, on the EMF and currents of macro cells was analyzed. The factors that effected the cell's polarity and the mechanism of polar reversal of the macro cell were also discussed. In addition, the formulae for calculating the accelerating multiple of anode corrosion caused by the macro cell were derived, and the protection measures of macro cell corrosion in practice were mentioned in summary.
