普通锚固油罐的应力分析

摘要: 普通油罐的安装除常见的焊接方法外, 在某些部位, 如边缘板的最外侧也采用螺栓锚固, 此种做法是对油罐的抗震和拱顶装油的需要进行了考虑。但对于普通锚固油罐罐底与罐壁的连接处(下节点)的应力目前还没有计算方法, 为此对这种情况进行了分析, 推导了理论计算公式, 目的是计算罐基础的最外侧为环梁而内侧为弹性基础的油罐应力。由于其它设计和计算在《低压锚固油罐的应力分析》一文中已作过描述, 因而只给出油罐下节点的计算方法。Abstract: Because of the anti-earthquake and dome roof oil-filling, anchoring bolts are often fastened to the outermost edge of the tank bottom's annular plates. At the present, there is no calculating method for this situation of tanks. This paper presents the stress analysis of the shell and bottom plates of the tanks with an outside ring wall and an inside elastic foundation, and gives theoretical calculating equations. This paper is a sequel for 《Stress Analysis of Low-pressure Anchored Storage Tanks》at this Journal, and this paper's other aspects are seen in it.
