中洛线停输再启动后压力变化规律

The Change Law of Shutdown and Restart for ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 随着中原油田产量的递减, 中洛线(中原油田—洛阳)的输量也明显减少。为了避免反输, 降低输油成本, 中洛线在采用添加降凝剂输送的同时, 实行间歇运行工艺, 但在运行中, 停输再启动后出现的压力、排量波动现象是不可忽视的。通过对中洛线间歇输送运行参数的跟踪分析, 指出停输及启动过程中进入管道的“冷油段”是导致管道压力、排量出现波动的主要原因, 波动幅度的大小与运行工况、停输季节、停输时间长短及停输启动操作等因素有关。针对这些问题, 提出了相应对策。

     

    Abstract: The throughput rate is obviously reduced in ZhongLuo oil pipeline with the reduction of production in Zhongyuan oilfield. In order to avoid the reverse pumping and decrease production cost, the intermittent transportation process is operated as well as the transportation of adding pour depressant is adopted by ZhongLuo oil pipeline. While operating, the fluctuation of pressure and flow must be noticed while shutdown and restart. Through tracing and analyzing on intermittent operational parameters of ZhongLuo oil pipeline, it is pointed out that "a cold oil length" which entered the pipe in process of the shutdown and restart is an important effect which makes the fluctuation of pressure and flow of the pipe. The dimension of fluctuation have to do with the seasons and time of the shutdown as well as operation of the shutdown and restart, and some measures have been given for the above mentioned problems.
