A Method to Determine the Quality Specifications of Oil and Gas Line Pipes

  • 摘要: 建设一条管道, 设计者的任务之一是根据适用性、可靠性和经济性的原则确定所用钢管的质量指标值, 以此选购钢管(板)。屈服强度、屈强比、韧性等是钢管(板)的主要质量指标, 合理确定这些指标的数值有相当难度。通过对管道用钢管的性能研究, 结合对国内外相关研究成果的分析, 提出了在确定屈服强度时要考虑包辛格效应的影响、包辛格效应对屈强比的影响及其影响范围, 并给出了管道用钢、钢管的屈服强度、屈强比和韧性指标值的具体确定方法。

     

    Abstract: When constructing a pipeline, one of the task to designer is to determine the quality specifications of steel pipes according to adapability, reliability and economy. The yield strength, yield tensile ratio and toughness are major quality indexes of steel pipe (board). However, it is quite difficult to determine them reasonably. By studying the pipe properties and analyzing the research results concerned home and abroad, the authors come to the conclusion that when determining the yield strength, Bauschinger effect, the effect of the Bauschinger on yield tensile ratio and its ranges should be considered. The method to determine the line pipe and the yield strength of steel pipe and the yield tensile ratio have been given in the paper.
