提高石油库罐区土地利用率的方法

The Way to Arise Earth Utilization Rate of Tank Park in Oil Store

  • 摘要: 通过罐区单位容量用地面积(ψ值)来探讨罐区容量和油罐规格之间的关系以及油罐的布置方式。给出了降低罐区的ψ值, 提高罐区土地利用率的方法。提出储存相同火灾危险性油品的罐区容量应在30000m3以上为宜; 一定的罐区容量对应一定的油罐规格, 才能节省罐区的用地面积; 油罐容积不超过5000m3的罐区, 油罐采用双列布置比单列布置节省罐区的用地面积。

     

    Abstract: The relationship between tank park capacity and tank norms, the arrange ways of tanks are discussed by means of parking area(ψ value)of unit capacity in tank park. The paper elaborates how to reduce ψ value and raise utilization rate of tank park. In storing oil products with the same fire danger class, the tank park capacity above 3 000 m3 is recommended. It is better for tanks to be arranged in double columns if the tank volume is not more than 5 000 m3.
