Frequency and Speed Modulating and Energy Saving for the Blower Motor of Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 通过对热媒炉助燃风机调速控制方案改造的实例, 证明选用变频调速方案可实现热媒炉燃烧过程的优化控制, 提高效率, 节约电能和燃油。变频调速可抑制启动电流、无冲击地进行加减速运行、频繁地进行启动与停机实现合理控制。介绍了变频调速的节能原理及系统组成。

     

    Abstract: A frequency and speed modulating method has been applied to the blower motor of heat medium heater. The method, by modulating the frequency and speed of electric motor, can realize the optimizing control of the operating process of heat medium heater, which saves electricity energy and fuel oil. Through modulating frequency and speed, controlling the start-up current, running in high/low speed without any shock, frequent start-up and shut down can be realized. The principle of frenquency and speed modulating and the system composition are introduced.
