Stress Analysis of Storage Tank's Center Plates

  • 摘要: 采用将两块半无限长弹性地基梁搭接的力学模型, 对座落在弹性地基上的油罐搭接中幅板在液压作用下的受力情况进行分析, 得出的应力可用于对罐底应力腐蚀和疲劳应力腐蚀分析。由于Ⅱ型弹性地基梁和刚性地基梁耦合法考虑的是对罐边缘板较窄或边缘板与中幅板搭接的情况, 因此油罐中幅板的应力分析方法是此两种分析方法的基础。

     

    Abstract: The stress analysis of the storage tank's lap-jointed center plates on the elastic foundation under a liquid pressure is presented. Its mechanics model is two lap-jointed semi-infinite elastic-foundation beams. The resulted stress can be used for stress corrosion and fatigue stress corrosion analysis of tank bottom plates. Because the elastic-foundation-beam-coupled-with-rigid-foundation-beam method (type 2) has considered the situation with the annular plate narrow or with the annular plate and the center plate jointed, the stress analysis method of storage tank's center plate is a necessary condition of the above-mentioned method (type 2).
