Analysis of Water Hammer Protective Measures for Ansai-Yan'an Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对安—延管道密闭输油后产生的水击问题进行了分析讨论, 模拟计算了该管道四种瞬变过程的水击压力, 并绘制了压力变化曲线图。通过对各工况的计算结果分析, 指出安—延管道密闭输油, 必须在沿河湾站设出站调节阀, 进站设低压泄压和低压回流保护系统, 杨山进站设泄压阀, 各站设低压报警设备, 通过就地控制和人为调节可以实现管道的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: The problem of water hammer of the Ansai-Yan'an pipeline with closed transportation system is discussed. The water hammer pressures of four kinds of trarisient processes are determined through simulation and pressure variation curve maps are drafted. The results show that for closed transportation system of Ansai-Yan'an pipelines regulating valve should be installed in the outlet of Yanhewan station and a low pressure relief system and a back flow pressure protection system must be set in the inlet of the station; a relief valve should be installed in Yangshan station, and low pressure alarm system is needed for each station. Safe operation of the pipeline can be accomplished through local control and manual regulation.
