Modificating the Transportation Process of Linyuan Initial Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 针对大庆林源首站输油工艺系统安全可靠性差、能耗大、输油设备落后等问题, 提出并实施了技术改造方案。根据现行输油实际, 切除了首站计量间的低压输油管道及低压侧的低压铸铁阀门; 改进了阀组间和罐区间的工艺流程; 对站内高压侧的输送工艺进行了改造; 并对输油泵机组进行了更新。通过翔实的数据计算证明, 改造后的输油系统提高了输油站的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The modification plan has been worked out and put into effect in light of the problems of low safety and reliability, high consumption of energy and low effectiveness equipments existed in the transportation system in Daqing-Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline. The actions taken include; cutting off the low pressure pipings and cast iron valves aside the low pressure pipeline in the metering room; transforming the process flow between the valve groups and between the tank farms as well as the process flow aside the high pressure pipeline; and replacing the pump units. The calculated results show that the improved system can meet the needs of high safety and reliability, low consumption of energy in operation.
