Abstract: The individual quality indexes of automobile gasoline such as distillation range, octane value and existent gum will change owing to the long distance transportations, long-term storages and frequent loadings/ unloadings. The paper considered that the attention should be paid to the gasoline when long-term storing in below aspects: ① reducing light component's loss and delaying oxidation; ② full load storing to reduce the air space; ③avoiding contacting with copper or other metals; ④pveventing the gasoline from contaminating by water and foreign substances; ⑤conducting regular chemical examination and setting up a quality record.
