Controlling the Welding Deformation of 400 m3 Thin Wall Spherical Tank on Site

  • 摘要: 400 m3轻烃球形储罐的球壳板较薄且刚性小, 经长时间的运输与多次装卸后其曲率减小, 易造成组装后的焊缝角变形。通过对组装后的角变形实测得出, 大部分焊缝角变形在0~5mm之间, 个别地方为6.5mm, 且多为向外部凸起的变形, 如不严格控制, 有可能超出标准允许值, 针对以上不足, 可利用卡具中斜楔的外力作用, 增设防变形弧板, 合理安排焊接顺序以及正确选取焊接技术参数等方法, 将角变形控制在标准允许范围内。

     

    Abstract: Because 400 m3 light ends spherical tank is a shell structure with weak rigidity, the angular deformation of weld seam of the tank is easy to occur as its curvature reduced after frequent handling. The field inspection results show that the most angular deformations (arch deformation)of weld seam are between 0~5 mm, the individual location is 6. 5 mm. The countermeasures to be taken against the deformation the paper given includes: depending on the external forec of wedges on clamp device; installing anti-deformation arc-plate and welding according to proper welding procedure and welding parameters.
