The Development of DZ1 Small-sized Directional Drilling Machine

  • 摘要: 利用定向钻来完成管道的穿越工程是一种比较先进的施工方法, 与开沟挖槽进行施工的方法相比, 其主要优点是管道埋深大、施工周期短、在施工过程中不影响交通、对环境污染小。中国石油天然气管道科学研究院最近研制出了一种DZI小型定向钻, 其穿越长度为150m、深度为5m、管径为250mm, 全套设备由定向钻机、液压系统、泥浆系统、钻进钻具及定位导航系统组成。给出了DZI型定向钻的主要技术参数, 经过一个月的现场试验, 完成了两个定向孔钻进, 试验结果表明, DZI型定向钻的性能完全达到了设计要求。

     

    Abstract: Directional drilling can provide an advanced method of pipeline installation in pipeline crossing. Compared with conventional methods of pipeline installation, directional drilling has significant advantages of maximum depth pipeline installation, short time limit, without influencing traffic and least environmental pollution. The ZD1 small-sized directional drilling system has been developed by Pipeline Scientific Institute, with crossing length of 150 m, depth of 5 m and pipe of 250 mm in diameter. This system consists of drilling rig, hydraulic system, slurry system, drilling topis and locating & leading system. The DZ1 system has completed two directional holes. Through field test over a month period, the results show that the system fully conforms to the design requirments. The major technological parameters of the system are given in the paper.
