航天遥感在长输管道选线中的应用

Applying Airborne Remote Sensing to Route Selection of Long Distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 由于遥感图象具有宏观性、多时相、多波段、对地表景观展示性强以及信息丰富等优点, 为整体上评价和优选管道线路走向方案、工程设计、工程量计算、工程投资估算和工程设防等提供了科学依据。对目前我国长输管道遥感图象解译工作内容进行了概述, 分析了航天遥感图象解译在长输管道选线工作中的作用: ①直接提供重要的宏观性基础资料; ②提供动态性、现势性很强的信息资料; ③指导工程地面勘察工作。同时对进一步完善遥感图象解译工作提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Being micrography, multiple time phase, multiple-band and detailed morphosequents, the remote-sensing image can provide a scientific basis for overall evaluating and optimizing the route plan of pipeline, engineering design, construction cost calculation, engineering capital estimation and engineering safety design. The paper describes the decipher items of remote-sensing image of long distance pipeline, analyses the functions of airborne remote sensing image in optimzing pipeline route: (1)direct providing fundamental macro.-graphic information; (2) providing dynamic and current information; (3) directing pipeline route reconnaissance. Meanwhile, the paper makes the suggestions on further improving the decipher of remote sensing image.
