论立式金属罐参照高度变化的随机性

On the Random Variation on Reference Gauge Height (RGH) of the Vertical Metal Tank

  • 摘要: 当前, 对运作中立式储罐的参照高度认为是固定值的看法(包括JJG168-87规程对参照高度要求), 是不切合实际的。在立式罐结构分析中, 认为参照高度实际产生随机变化有其必然性, 并通过国内外立式罐参照高度的实测数据和资料予以证实。确认立式罐参照高度在立式罐容量标定和计量过程中实际存在着数值变化的随机性, 而且会对立式罐容量的标定和计量的准确度产生明显的影响, 在大多数情况下已超过允许误差范围。同时指出, 目前采用的“稳定”参照高度的做法存在缺陷, 应引起注意, 并提出了修正方法。

     

    Abstract: It is not practical for the RGH currently carried out to be regarded as a fixed variable (including JJG168-87 Standard). Based on the analysis of the vertical tank structure, those RGHs. collected home and abroad proves to be variables. Because the randomness of RGH exists in the capacity calibrating and measuring of vertical tank, the calibrating and measuring accuracies will be significantly influenced, so, the RGH even exceeds its allowable tolerence in many cases. Meanwhile, the paper points out that the current "stable RGH "is still inaccurate, so more attention had to be paid to the current measuring method in this case. A revising method has been given by the author in the paper.
