  • 摘要: 标准体积管是原油动态计量时, 流量计在线检定的标准器。要减小流量计的示值误差, 提高原油交接计量的准确性, 就应提高标准体积管的精度。根据原油在管壁内结蜡的理论, 推断出当环境温度、管壁温度较低时体积管标准管段内将会结蜡, 结蜡厚度对流量计在线检定时的示值误差将有不同程度的影响。要减小环境温度造成体积管结蜡所引起的误差, 就应将标准体积管建在室内, 标准管段应采取保温措施, 提高体积管的环境温度, 使标准管段的壁温等于或高于油温; 正式检定前, 在最大检定流量下, 增加投球次数, 在确定温度、压力、流量等计数稳定后方可正式检定, 以消除标准体积管结蜡所带来的测量误差, 从而提高交接计量的准确度。

     

    Abstract: The pipe prover is the standard instrument to calibrate the flowmeter, which is used in the in-line dynamic measurement of oil. To decrease the indication errors of the flowmeter and increase the precision of oil measurement, the accuracy of the pipe prover should be increased at first. Based on the principle of wax deposition, it is inferred that the wax will deposit on the internal surface of prover when ambient temperature and pipe wall temperature are low, which will influence the indication errors of flowmeter of in-line calibration to different extent. Through analysis on the extent of wax deposition, the different thicknesses of wax layer can be obtained. In order to decrease the prover errors caused by ambient temperature, the pipe prover should be installed indoors, and its standard section must be insulated so as to increase the ambient temperature and to make the wall temperature of the standard section equal or higher to the oil temperature. In addition, more calibrating pigs should be launched under the peak flowrate before calibrating. The verification should not be started until the temperature, pressue and flowrate are all stable. By means of these, the measurement errors due to wax depostion can be eliminated, the accuracy of custoday transfer will be increased.
