环式离心流量计的现场试验
Field Test on Annular-type Centrifugal Flowmeter

摘要: 对于含水、含砂量较高的原油计量, 采用一般流量计已不适应。作为新产品的环式离心流量计因结构内部无转动部件, 故不易卡、堵, 压力损失小, 维修工作量少。通过现场试验, 了解了输送介质的流速、密度、粘度对环式离心流量计的影响情况, 证实了上述优点和存在的缺点, 并给出了适用范围和减少环式离心流量计计量误差的措施。Abstract: The common flowmeters are not suited for metering the crude oil containing water and sand. With low pressure loss and simple repair, the annular-type centrifugal flowmeter, being without rotary element installed in it, can not be stuck and block up. By means of the field tests, the effect of velocity of flow, density and viscosity of medium on the flowmeter has been demonstrated. In the paper, the applicability and measures reducing the metering error for the flowmeter have been given.
