  • 摘要: 通过建立原油流量与温度间的数学模型, 分析可知, 当原油流量一定时, 管道中原油的温度与原油的物理、化学特性密切相关。提出了控制原油流量实现管输原油的工艺, 其特征是用流量控制系统控制加热炉加热管道中原油的温度, 使出站的原油流量等于给定值。对流量控制系统与温度控制系统及粘度控制系统进行了比较, 给出了流量控制系统的流程框图。流量控制输油工艺可用于原油的冷输, 即通过控制流量来调节掺入干线中的稀释剂、降粘剂或降凝剂的掺入量, 达到节能的效果。

     

    Abstract: When crude oil flow is definite, the temperature of oil is closely related to its physical and chemical properties. The process of realizing oil transportation by controlling oil flow is put forward based on the mathematical model established between temperature and flow. The feature is that controlling crude oil's temperature in pipeline by flow control system makes outlet oil flow equal to given value. Comparisons are made among the flow control system and temperature control system as well as viscosity control system, and the flow block chart of flow control system is given. The flow controlling transportation process can be applied to the "cold transportation", that is, adjusting the additive content of diluent, thinner or pour point depressant added to oil by controlling oil flow in order to reach energy saving.
