水下储存易凝原油的传热规律研究

摘要: 水下储油是海上油田的储油方式之一, 而水下储存易凝原油尚无应用先例。掌握水下油罐的传热规律, 合理计算和确定其加热负荷是开发和应用这项技术的关键。概述了水下储油的特点, 论证了采用油水置换工艺进行水下储存易凝原油的传热基本规律。试验表明, 水下油罐的传热性能与所储原油的物性有关。对于储存一种原油, 传热量与环境温度成正比, 而对于不同物性的原油, 传热量与凝点及粘度成反比。Abstract: The paper describes the feature of oil stored underwater and demonstrates the heat transfer law of the oil-water displacement process. The tests show that the heat transfer characteristics of underwater tank is related to the properties of oil stored. For the one kind of oil stored, the heat transferring is directly proportional to the ambient temperature; while for the oil with different properties, the heat transferrig is inversely proportional to the pour point and viscosity of oil.
