A Conception of Automatic Submerged-arc Welding Used in Welding in AH Position

  • 摘要: 结合长距离输送管道焊接工程的实际需要, 将引进的只适用于水平位置(俯焊位)和横焊位置的自动埋弧焊设备, 改装成能全位置进行埋弧自动焊接的设备。分别从焊接机械手、环形导轨、小车行走机构、焊剂的堆敷及防脱落装置、焊剂的输送和回收系统的设计等方面, 论述了埋弧自动全位置焊接的构想, 为长输管道的施工实现全自动机械焊接提供了新思路。这种高效的焊接方法将会有广阔的使用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the conception of automatic submerged-arc welding used in welding in all position. In consideration of the needs of pipelines welding engineering, the automatic submerged-arc welding e-quipments used in level and across position will be refitted to welding in all position, and it discusses the design of welding manipulator, ring track, walk mechanism, flux pile and preventing drop mechanism, flux carriage and reclamation system. It provides a new idea for the welding of pipelines automatic mechanization. This welding procedure will have a broad prospects.
