Some Problems on the Construction of LPG Underground Rock Caverns

  • 摘要: 将LPG置于地下水封岩洞储存是建设大型LPG储存基地的重要发展方向。由于设计和施工的复杂性, 建设LPG地下水封岩洞储库(罐)要解决许多方面的问题, 必须具备适宜的工程地质条件和水文地质条件; 运用岩体力学等多种方法对洞库围岩进行稳定性分析; 根据弹性力学理论选择合适的断面形状; 根据确定后的LPG储存温度选择洞库深度。对于保证洞库围岩的稳定问题, 可以利用锚杆加固、岩体灌浆等方法改善岩体的应力状态。为改善岩体中裂隙水的分布状态以及防止两种储存介质掺混, 还有必要设置水幕巷道。

     

    Abstract: It is a significant development direction to construct the underground rock caverns in order to store the LPG within them. Because of the complicacies of design and construction, there are many problems to be urgently solved. This paper especially discusses the problems such as engineering geological conditions and hydrogeologic conditions, stability analysis of surrounding rock of caverns, cavern's cross-section, selection of its depth of burying, operating temperature, improvement of stress condition of rock mass, distribution of interstitial water, and measures preventing two media from mixing and so forth.
