倾斜油罐地基处理时的强度计算
The Lifting Strength Calculation to the Declined Tank Base

摘要: 油罐因其基础不均匀沉降会发生倾斜, 常用顶罐方式对罐基础进行再处理。顶罐时罐的自重作用会使其各个部位产生应力和变形, 在油罐沿四周均匀顶起的基础上, 提出了油罐强度分析和计算的模型, 并采用力法对油罐进行了强度分析和计算。在计算力法公式中的系数和自由项时, 应用了弹性薄板理论和材料力学中的方法, 并通过一个算例对该方法进行了验证。Abstract: After a tank has been built it will decline due to the uneven settlement of the tank base. The tank should be lifted and its base should be retreated under this condition. The common lifting method is to raise the tank around its edge uniformly. In this case, the dead weight of tank will make the every parts of tank deformation and stress, so it is very important to analyze and calculate the strength of tank. In the paper, a model of analysing and calculating the strength of tank lifted has been established and the strength of tank has been analyzed and calculated by using the force method, and using the theory of elastic thin plate and mechanics of materials to calculate some coefficients in the equation of force method. The method is verified through a example.
