自动延时阀动态工况数字仿真分析与优化
Digital Simulation and Optimization on the Dynamic Operation Mode of Autodelay Valve

摘要: 在对自动延时阀结构原理进行分析的基础上, 运用现代控制原理和键图理论, 建立了该阀动态工况下的状态方程; 应用Eula仿真, 分析了主阀下游压力及延时弹簧预压量对延时性能的影响, 揭示了该阀在下游不同压力下所具有的良好动态性能; 应用复合算法, 对影响该阀延时性能的主要结构参数进行了寻优。结果表明, 该阀结构合理, 性能良好, 延时效果明显。Abstract: Applying modern control principles and bond graphic modeling theory, a mathematical model on the dynamic operation mode of auto-delay valve has been built in state equations. The digital simulation results, which are concluded through adopting Hidden Behind-Eula method, prove that the valve has better dynamic performances under different working pressure. Applying complex-optimization, the main parameters have been optimized. Conclusions show that the valve's design is rational, its performances are good and the delaying effect is obvious.
