低压锚固油罐的应力分析

摘要: 由于罐内气体压力(正压)的作用, 低压储罐运行中会产生罐壁对罐底的向上升举力, 因而, 此类油罐设计时常在其边缘板的最外侧用螺栓锚固, 同时也兼顾了抗震要求。分析了这类油罐罐壁、罐底和锚固螺栓等部分的应力, 其分析方法适用于整个罐底座落在混凝土板或珍珠岩等坚硬基础上的情况。以推导出的理论公式证实了原有的锚栓设计存在四个严重缺陷, 并将新建议的方法与原有的计算方法作了比较, 得出的结论是, 原有方法得出的锚固螺栓简支力非常保守, 而以边缘板、支承盖板和肋板构成的组合截面的校核也比较保守。Abstract: Because of the great lifting force of tank shell to its bottom in the low-pressure storage tank, anchoring bolts often fastened to the outermost edge, which simutaneously considers the anti-earthquake requirements. The article presents the stress analysis of tank's shell, bottom plate and anchoring bolts for rigid foundation tanks such as concreate plate foundation. The derived theoretical calculating equations show that the old raw method has four obvious defects in the anchor design. The author compares his proposed calculating method with the old one, and comes to the conclusion that the simply supported force of anchoring bolts got from the old one is very conservative, the check-up of the combined section constituted with the edge plate, support plate and rib plate is also conservative.
