Optimization of Heating Agent

  • 摘要: 选择适合管道生产特点的最佳导热油品牌, 可降低输油成本, 提高经济效益。分析了导热油的性能、使用条件及国内外常见的导热油品牌, 根据导热油的主要质量要求(包括热稳定性、高温抗氧性、安全性、使用温度、产品价格和其它性能)提出了优选方法。建议在试验室里模拟管道生产条件, 对各种导热油进行高温加速老化试验及质量比较, 估算导热油的使用寿命, 利用使用寿命与价格之比得出导热油优选方案。

     

    Abstract: The oil transportation cost can be declined by means of selecting optimal heating agent fitted to the pipeline operating in order to obtain economical benefits. The paper analyses the performance and scope of application of heating agent as well as common heating agents home and abroad; it puts forward the optimization based on the major quality requirements of heating agents, including thermostability, high temperature antioxidation, safety, operating temperature, price and other performances. It is suggested that the high-temperature accelerated ageing shop test on heating agents under the condition of real-time pipeline operating should be made to compare their availability and to estimate their service life, which will yield an optimization by adopting the ratio of the service life to price.
