Abstract:
The oil transportation cost can be declined by means of selecting optimal heating agent fitted to the pipeline operating in order to obtain economical benefits. The paper analyses the performance and scope of application of heating agent as well as common heating agents home and abroad; it puts forward the optimization based on the major quality requirements of heating agents, including thermostability, high temperature antioxidation, safety, operating temperature, price and other performances. It is suggested that the high-temperature accelerated ageing shop test on heating agents under the condition of real-time pipeline operating should be made to compare their availability and to estimate their service life, which will yield an optimization by adopting the ratio of the service life to price.
