热媒炉氮封系统的改造

Modification for Nitrogen Sealing System of Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 介绍了北京输油公司雄县泵站对一套热媒炉的膨胀罐氮封系统进行改造的情况。原氮封系统由于管路长, 接头多(泄漏点多), 氮封和氮气保护系统共用一组氮气源, 氮封系统经常处于失效状态等原因, 导致导热油的使用寿命缩短, 经济效益低下, 针对这些情况采取了改造措施, 内容包括将氮封与氮气保护系统分开设置, 以缩短氮封系统管路, 减少泄漏; 以液封代替安全阀, 大部分管路以焊接方式连接; 降低氮气供应压力; 以环氧树脂封堵由导热油造成的法兰内壁至螺孔的腐蚀穿孔, 以及使用弹性较好的密封垫等。改造后的情况表明, 氮气耗量下降, 经济效益有明显提高。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the modification for nitrogen sealing system of expansion tank in heat medium heater in Xiongxian pumping station. Due to the long pipings, more joints, nitrogen source being simultaneously used by the nitrogen sealing system and nitrogen protection system, the original nitrogen sealing system often worked in a failure condition, which shortened the service life: of heating agent. In the light of these defects, a modification program has been implemented, and items includes: keeping the nitrogen sealing system separate from nitrogen protection system to shorten the pipings of nitrogen sealing system to cut down leakage points; substituting liquid seal for safety valve; connecting general pipings with welding way; reducing the pressure of nitrogen supply; plugging the corroson holes on the inner surface of flange with epoxy and adopting highly elastic sealing washers. The modified system shows that the nitrogen com-suption is declined and obvious economical benefits have been obtained.
