东黄线站控设备雷击分析及防雷
Analysis on Lightning Hazard to the Equipments and Lightning Arrestment

摘要: 东黄线寿光站先后两次遭受雷击, 损坏的设备均为现场到站控计算机系统的输入部分, 雷电通常由交流220V电源供电线路或信号线路侵入站控设备。站控计算机系统的耐雷能力很弱, 而设立避雷针保护站控计算机系统是无效的。通过分析提出, 应根据站控计算机设备的特点和雷电侵入的不同途径, 分别采取相应的防雷措施: ①设置通信接口和现场信号输入接口的防雷装置, ②对UPS电源及220V交流电源进行防护, ③单独设置良好的接地装置。Abstract: The input device from the field to station control computer system had been successively damaged irom two lightning strikes in Shouguang Pumping Station on Dong-Huang Pipeline. The electromagnetic effect damage to the station control devices is caused by currents induced in AC 220 V power supply line and signal line near the strikes by the electromagnetic influence of the strikes. The station control computer system has little or no the lightning arrestment, while the arrestor can not safeguard the station control e-quipment. Through analysis the paper points out that the relative lightning arrestment measurements should be taken based on the features of the equipments and the different inducement ways of lightning: ① establishing arresters on the communication interface of field signal, ② safeguarding the UPS and DC 220V power line; ③ establishing alone groundings.
