立式钢制储油罐焊接变形分析及控制

Analysis on Welding Deformation and its Control for Vertical Steel Tank

  • 摘要: 在施工安装过程中, 立式钢制储油罐常因焊缝密集, 应力状况复杂, 造成油罐形体尺寸难以控制, 影响了油罐的安装质量。从罐壁和罐底的焊接过程和焊接工艺方面, 分析了出现焊接变形的原因及其它因素(如施焊方法、卷板质量等)对焊接的影响。同时, 提出了在施焊过程中控制焊接变形应采取的措施。

     

    Abstract: Because of concentrated welded seams and complicated welding stresses, the integral sizes of tank are often out of control during tank welding, which yields a poor installation quality. From respect of welding process in tank shell and tank bottom and welding method, the paper analyzes the welding deformation and other factors, such as welding method as well as steel plate quality that influence welding quality, and put forward the effective measures to be taken to control the welding deformation during welding.
