  • 摘要: 在油田集输管网清垢中, 电液压脉冲技术的应用是以电液压脉冲技术体外冲击波碎石的实践和先进的振荡脉冲射流喷嘴理论为基础, 利用电液压脉冲清除管道内表面垢层。为产生电液压效应, 需满足4个必要条件: ①具有辅助间隙; ②电流幅值大; ③电流升高陡度幅度大; ④波尾短。提出了液中放电产生压力波波前压力简化计算公式及电液压脉冲技术基本应用方案。

     

    Abstract: Based on the externally breaking stone with impact wave and the theory of pulsative oscillation jet nozzle, the electric-hydraulic pulse method can be used to clean the scale deposit on the internal surface of pipe of the gathering pipeline in oilfield. To generate the electric-hydraulic pressure effect, the four necessary conditions must be provided: ① an additional clearence; ② a big current amplitude; ③ a high current slope; ④ a short wave tail. The simplified equations in calculating wavefront pressure of pressure wave formed in liquid discharge are put forward, and general application program of this method is given.
