Application and Discussion on CE Depressant Used in Pu-Lin Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对濮临线CE降凝剂的现场实验进行了总结分析, 指出取样压力、泵剪切(高速剪切)、重复低温加热、终冷温度等都会对应用降凝剂的效果有一定影响。在实验结果的基础上, 分析原油改性后的管路工作特性和降低进站温度对管壁结蜡的影响, 调控濮临线的运行方式, 实现全线一泵一炉的最佳运行, 以达到节能的目的。总结了濮临线采用CE降凝剂所取得的经济效益, 并分析指出了现行输油工艺所存有的节能潜力。

     

    Abstract: The summarization and analysis have been made on the field testing of CE depressant used in Pu-Lin Pipeline. It is pointed out that the sampling pressure, pump shear.repeated heating at low temperature and final cooling temperature influence the effectiveness of depressant. The operating performance of the pipeline for the modified oil and the influence on paraffin deposit for decreasing the inlet temperature have been analyzed on the basis of the testing. It is considered that the optimal operating process, that is, one pump and one heater for the whole line, can be used in order to save energy. The economical benefits obtained by means of using CE depressant and the potentiality of energy saving under the existing transportation process have been analyzed.
