Allocation Program of Flowrate Metering Unit with SCADA System

  • 摘要: 流量计量及流量标定的过程比较复杂, 目前广泛采用流量计算机对流量计量装置进行数据采集、处理。尽管厂商已有成套的流量计算机和流量计量装置, 但对用户来说尽可能采用自己已有的SCADA系统来监控计量装置, 而不购置专用的流量计算机, 以避免投资浪费。这就提出了流量计量装置与SCADA系统配置问题, 以库鄯输油管道原油计量控制系统为例, 提出了两种配置方案。

     

    Abstract: The process of flowrate metering and calibration is more complicated, so the folwrate computer at present are widely adopted for the data aquisition and processing. Although the manufacturers are possessed of the set of flowrate computers and flowrate metering unit, the users generally use their own SCADA systems to monitor meters instead of purchasing the dedicated flowrate computers in order to avoid investment, the problem that the flowrate metering unit allocates with SCADA system are proposed. Taking the oil metering control system on Kurla-Shanshan oil pipeline as an example, two allocation programs are proposed.
