  • 摘要: 在工业锅炉自动控制系统中, 燃烧过程控制是关键, 它的基本任务是使燃料在炉膛内燃烧产生热量以适应用汽设备的用汽需要。以燃煤锅炉为例, 燃烧过程的自动控制系统通常有三类, 即“燃烧—空气”燃烧控制系统, 利用热量信号的燃烧控制系统, 采用氧量信号的燃烧控制系统。比较这三种控制系统的性能, 提出了以利用热量信号为基础的控制系统, 其中包括燃烧控制回路、送风控制回路和炉膛负压控制回路。该系统采用微机控制, 程序采用模块化程序设计, 数据采集和控制均采用时钟中断方式。系统实现了快速检测、显示和打印结果、自动控制锅炉运行工况和记录参数变化趋势等功能, 达到了节约能源的目的。

     

    Abstract: The process control of combustion is of vital importance in the automatic control system for industrial boiler. Taking the coal-fired boiler as an example, there are three kinds of automatic control systems in the process of combustion, that is, "combustion-air "system, combustion system with heat quantity signal and system with oxygen quantity signal. By comparing with the performances of the three systems, it considers the control systm with heat quantity signal to be suitable to use. The system adopts computer control, modularization programing, and clock interrupt mode in data aquisition and control to realize fast monitoring, display, print results, automatic control boiler's operation and record paramenters, which achieves the goal of saving energy.
