Recovery the Flue Gas Used Heat of Heater with Heat Pipe Exchanger

  • 摘要: 对改进的两相半开式热管换热器的工作原理及热管换热器换热效率的计算方法作了介绍, 并列举了三种热管换热器的应用实例。指出热管换热器具有传热效率高、压力损失小、结构紧凑、应用范围广、维修费用少等优点, 同时也存在酸露点的低温腐蚀等实际问题, 在使用中不断加以改进, 为回收各种加热设备的排烟余热、节约能源, 发挥它的巨大作用。

     

    Abstract: The article introduces the operating principle of the improved heat pipe exchanger (two-phase hemi-open type)and the calculating method of its heat efficiency, and cites three examples of this kind. The heat pipe exchanger works in the way of high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure loss with a compact structure, wide application range and a low maintenance cost. However, the dew point corrosion is the major defect in this kind of heater. It is pointed out that this heater can recover flue gas used heat of all kinds of heating equipments by means of improving its performance in practice.
