On Oil Evaporation

  • 摘要: 油品蒸发给从石油开采到成品油使用整个过程带来隐患, 环境中油蒸气达到一定浓度易引发火灾、环境污染。油品蒸发还会造成大量油品浪费, 并且因油品中轻组分的蒸发, 使油品质量下降。这些问题早已引起各国相关机构的关注, 并从环境保护、行业技术、资源回收等各方面出发制订了相关的法律、法规和标准, 采取措施控制油蒸气排放。同时, 取得了许多控制油品蒸发、减少大气污染的研究成果, 许多新设备也相继问世。提出了今后研究内容和发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The evaporation of oil product will bring about hidden dangers in the process of oil application, and fire, environmental pollution and photochemical smog will occur if the vapour concentration reaches to a certain value in the atmosphere, the vapour still more makes oil product waste and degradation because of the evaporation of light components in oil product. Some organizations and departments abroad concerned have paid close attention to these problems, and laid down related laws, regulations and standards on environmental pollution, industry technology and resoures recovery to control the vapour discharge. Meanwhile, some study results have been obtained on controlling evaporation and atmostphere pollution, and many new type equipments have been come out. The future study and development programs are given in the paper.
