液化烃和可燃液体罐组平面布置设计规范

Design on Layout of Liquid Hydrocarbons and Flammable Liquid Tank Field

  • 摘要: 在液化烃和可燃液体罐组设计中, 用到《石油化工企业设计防火规范》、《石油库设计规范》、《城镇燃气设计规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》。但由于其适用范围不同, 对同一个指标, 其规定也有所不同, 这样就给设计人员执行规范带来了困难。如液化烃罐组之间能否布置管道、大型炼油厂原油罐区平面设计如何执行《石油化工企业设计防火规范》和《石油库设计规范》、防火间距在《石油化工企业设计防火规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》中不统一等问题困扰着设计人员, 同时也提醒标准管理部门对此加以重视。

     

    Abstract: Some standards and codes will be adopted in the design on liquid hydrocarbons and flammable liquid tank farm, such as Fire Control Code for Petrochemical Enterprises (FCCPE), Design Code of Petroleum Storage Park(DCPSP), Design Code of Inflammable Gas Used in City and Town and Fire Control Standard for Building Design(FCSBD). Because of their different requirements, the standards and codes differs in the same layout, which brings about some differences on the design. The problems are that whether the pipeline can be laid out or not between the liquid hydrocarbons tank fields, how to do in accordance with the FCCPE and DCPSP on the layout design for crude oil tank farm in refinery, which code should be adopted for the fire range between the FCCPE and FCSBD. The paper reminds the standard departments concerned to attach importance to these problems the said above.
