埕岛油田海底管道设计

Submarine Pipeline Design of Chengdao Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了埕岛浅海油田的第一条海底管道的工艺设计、结构设计、材料选择、防腐保温等情况。提出了确定和降低整个集输系统压力等级的方法和措施, 对管道停输温降及停输再启动的压力、流量进行了分析计算。讨论了管道的结构型式及布置原则, 并通过强度分析与稳定性分析, 给出了稳定措施。结合海底管道材料的技术要求, 对管道材料的选择提出了建议。海底管道的保温推荐使用高密度聚乙烯单层钢管保温结构, 并对其使用现状及技术改进进行了分析讨论。

     

    Abstract: The first submarine pipeline of Chengdao neritic oilfield has been put into operation with a good working condition since 1994. The technology design, strength analysis and corrosion control of this pipeline are introduced, the design status quo, equipments and material selected for neritic oilfield pipeline are described, and some suggestions for the current design are proposed.
