Analysis on the Operational Failures of Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 先进的热媒加热系统, 虽然具有热效率高、安全可靠等特点, 但在实际运行中由于运行的工艺条件不良(燃料油温度低、含水、风机出力不足、空气预热器漏风), 一次元件质量差(电磁阀关不严易烧毁、压力开关误动作、电伴热耐温不够、流量计不能耐高粘度、差压温度变送器工作点漂移、执行机构和调节阀限位不准), 控制和保护过于复杂甚至重复, 故障点多, 造成误停炉或启炉困难。针对以上情况, 提出了减少故障的措施。主要是加强对操作工的培训, 提高其素质; 更新不合格的一次仪表和元器件; 合并和减少保护点, 提高热媒炉的可操作性。

     

    Abstract: Although the Heat medium heater has a high heat efficiency, safety and reliability, yet the poor operational conditions, low quality components, excessively complicated controls and protections and more trouble points will make the heater misstop and start difficult. In the light of these shortcomings, some counter-measures are proposed in order to simplify the operation control, that is, training the operaters, replacing the unqualified primary instruments and components, merging or reducing the protection points, increasing its availability.
