  • 摘要: 对于添加降凝剂后还需进行正反输运行的低输量管道, 可以采用间歇输油工艺, 通过对中洛线间歇输送的试验分析, 总结了间歇运行的优点和应该注意的问题。间歇运行首先要确定停输时间, 其次, 要控制关键操作, 即停输和再启动两个关键环节的操作, 尽量减少“冷油”进入管道。应特别重视再启动后的管道运行不稳定期, 并针对具体情况采用提高温度、加压等措施使管道恢复正常运行。

     

    Abstract: The intermittent transportation process can be adopted for the low-throughput rate pipeline which the pour depressant is added and the forward and back pumping is also needed. The necessity on the intermittent operation and problems to be noticed have been given by means of the test and analysis on the process in Zhong-Luo pipeline, first to decide the shutdown time, next to control the key operation in shutdown and restart to keep cold oil from entering the pipe as much as possible. It is pointed out that the more stress should be put on the restarted pipeline which is in the unstable operation condition, and some measures shoule be taken to increase temperature and pressure to make the pipeline work in stable condition according to specific circumstances.
