  • 摘要: 由于中原油田的减产和东部原油流向的调整, 中洛线的输量大大降低, 为避免采用正反输送工艺, 减少输油成本, 对降量输送的可行性进行了分析。在分析1995年中洛复线运行参数的基础上, 指出让管道保持适当的结蜡厚度, 降低总传热系数, 可降低输量。1996年1月至8月在中洛线进行了降量输送实验, 对其运行参数进行了统计分析, 确定了中洛线的优化运行方案, 指出采用降量输送工艺不仅会有明显的经济效益, 还会带来一定的社会效益。

     

    Abstract: The throughput rate is greatly reduced in Zhang-Luo oil pipeline because the production has been reduced in Zhongyuan oilfield. In order to avoid the forward and back pumping and decrease production cost, the feasibility analysis has been made on the transportation under the low-throughput rate. Based on analyzing on the operational parameters of Zhong-Luo parallel line in 1995, the paper points out that the line can be operated under the low-throughput rate in the condition of keeping a proper wax thickness and reduce the total heat transfer coefficient of the line, The low-throughput transportation test in the line was made from January to August in 1996, and the statistical analysis was made on the operatioal parameters to ascertain the line's optimal operation program. It is pointed out that the transportation process under the low-throughput rate has got obvious economical and/or social benefits.
