  • 摘要: 在含蜡原油的输送中, 添加降凝剂可提高输送能力, 节约能源。近年来, 国内外对降凝剂的配方研究趋向是增加极性基团或表面活性基团。究其机理, 降凝剂是表面活性剂, 起分散蜡晶的作用, 在凝有蜡晶的原油凝胶体系中延缓蜡晶聚集, 从而延缓胶凝, 降低凝点。讨论了降凝剂的复配原则, 为降凝剂的选择提供了依据, 指出了降凝剂不是万能的, 不可能解决多蜡高凝点原油全线常温输送的全部问题。

     

    Abstract: The transport capacity can be increased by adding depressant in waxy crude oil to be delivered. In recent years, the trend in studying the depressant formulas home and abroad is to increase their polar group or surfactant group. The mechanism is that the depressant is surfactant, functioning as dispersing wax crystals, which delays the wax-crystal accumulation in gelled crude system containing wax-crystals, and by which jellification is delayed and condensation point is reduced. The multi-formulas principle is discussed and the basis on selecting depressants is provided. It is pointed out that the depressant is not universal to solve problems, especially for the pipeline transporting the waxy and/or high crude at atmospheric temperature.
