Technical and Economical Comparison between Indirect Heater and Direct Heater

  • 摘要: 以GW5000-Y/6.4-Y2型直接加热炉和4 650 kW热媒炉为例, 对直接加热炉和间接加热炉的经济、技术性能进行比较, 得出如下结论: 在结构上, 直接加热炉比热媒炉简单; 从安全角度, 由于加热介质不同, 在其炉管的腐蚀性及炉管的结垢、结焦和承压能力等方面, 热媒炉优于直接加热炉; 从设备的投资费用和运行、维修费用来看, 直接加热炉低于热媒炉; 热媒炉可以实现“两把火”并“一把火”, 而直接加热炉无法实现; 直接加热炉比热媒炉低温腐蚀程度低。

     

    Abstract: Taking GW5000-Y/6.4-Y2 type of direct heater and 4 650 kW hot medium heater as an example, a technical and economical comparison for direct heater and indirect heater was made, and concluded that direct heater is simple in structure, hot medium heater is superior to direct heater from the point of safety, corrosion of furnace tubes, scaling, coking and pressure bearing, direct heater is cheaper than hot medium heater based on the investment of equipment, the cost of running, maintenance, hot medium heater can conbine "two sets of flame" into "one set of flame", but direct heater is impossible, direct heater is lower in low temperature corrosion.
