  • 摘要: 煤焦油瓷漆作为良好的管道防腐材料已得到了广泛的使用。在施工作业中, 采用人工浇涂的方法, 不仅作业时间长, 污染环境, 而且涂敷质量难以保证, 还造成大量人力、物力、财力的浪费; 采用机械化自动涂敷则具有明显的优势。从清洁管件表面、喷涂底漆、涂敷及缠绕等几个方面, 对两种涂敷方法进行了分析比较, 得出煤焦油瓷漆的机械化自动涂敷不仅生产效率高、表面清洁、质量好, 底漆层厚度均匀、干燥快, 能保证管道表面覆盖层和缠绕带的密切结合, 而且能够使覆盖层快速冷却固化成型, 特别是能够保证管端接头的防腐质量, 所以机械化自动涂敷是煤焦油瓷漆管道防腐施工的最佳方法。

     

    Abstract: As an excellent corrosion protection material for pipeline the coal tar enamel was widely used. Manual coating in construction will bring the problems of long operating time, environmental pollution, poor coating quality, and waste of labours, materials, fiancial, adopting mechanized automaticly produstion is obviously in advantage. A comparison with two methods in view of clearing pipe surface, spray priming, overlaying and wrapping can conclude that mechanized automaticly coating is not only high in production efficiency, well in surface cleaning quality, even in priming thickness, quick in drying, enable to ensure close cohesion between overlay and wrapping layer, but also fast cooling and curing for overlay coating, special for corrosion protection quality at interface of pipeline end face. So mechanized automatic coating in the optimal method for coal tar enamel coating of pipeline in construction.
