Abstract: It is quite danger to construct with firing on oil content pipeline, easy to result in fire harzard. So it is important to be safe when pipeline construction with firing. The isolating methods of the pipe section with construction firing usually adopted are "blockage" or "cleaning". The method of frozen is in general used for pipeline transporting easily condensable medium, blockage method is for small hole leakage on pipeline. As for cleaning combustable material in pipeline the methods are to clean oil by level difference, replace with water, purge pipeline with gas, clean oil with drain pipe, in addition, it should be serious to check cleaning condition before firing, to take special precautions in implementing to ensure safety in construction.
