大型原油库区消防建设的探讨

A Discussion on Fire Fighting Construction for Large Scale of Crude Oil Tank Farm

  • 摘要: 1985年引进了10×104 m3浮顶油罐的建造技术, 率先在秦皇岛和大庆油库应用, 对所有的非金属油罐均用浮顶油罐取而代之。在秦皇岛油库建造了两座10×104 m3双盘浮顶油罐, 同时引进一套日本的自动消防系统, 该自动消防系统主要包括火灾报警系统、工业电视监视系统、泡沫自动灭火系统、自动喷淋冷却系统、控制系统和动力系统。分别对这6个系统的设施和功能进行了叙述, 从着火的可能性分析探讨了浮顶油罐区着火的因素, 并对浮顶油罐库区的消防规模、消防管网、库区管理、浮顶密封及喷淋冷却等方面存在的问题提出了改进意见。

     

    Abstract: Contruction technology of 10×104 m3 floating roof tank was introduced in 1985, and at first the construction was completed in Qin Huangdao and Da Qing oil tank farm. Chinese National Petroleum and Natural Gas General Corporation gave command stopping service of all non-metal oil tank because of several and successive fire disasters, replacing with floating roof tank. Two sets of 10×104 m3 floating roof with two disks were completed in Qin Huangdao oil tank farm, meanwhile an automatic fire control system was introduced from Japan. The system is mainly composed of harzard alarm system, industry TV monitoring system, foam auto extinguish system, autospraying and cooling system, control system, and power system. The six systems are decribed respectively. From the point of ignition possibility the discussion was made such as ignition factors in oil tank farm, fire control scope, tank farm administration, floating roof sealing, spraying and cooling, etc, also some improvement was suggested.
