A Discussion on Measuring Specific Heat of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 采用精密的量热仪测定含蜡原油的比热容也会产生较大的偏差, 其主要原因在于测试过程中量热容器内存在着两个相变过程, 即气液之间的相变, 液相析出石蜡结晶的相变, 以及随着温度下降试样内传热性能变坏。量热仪的均温肋片管的结构影响量热精度, 量热容器内气体空间的大小影响量热的准确性。提出了优选量热仪肋片数的分析方法, 对量热容器存在最佳气体空间体积的问题进行了分析论证。

     

    Abstract: There is a relatively big error in measuring specific heat of waxy crude oil by accuracy calorimeter, the prime cause is two of phase change in process of measurement in calorimeter, i. e. phase change between gas and liquid, and due to wax crystallized out of liquid phase, heat transfer of samples getting worse with the temperature dropping, structure of fin -tube in calorimeter can affect on accuracy of heat metering, the size of gas space in calorimeter on correctness. The paper presents analysis method of optimizing fin -tube number, and discussion of optimal gas space in calorimeter.
