  • 摘要: 油品码头港内作业拖轮, 除维护本区域水上安全外, 还是拖一类油品的船舶, 不仅要求操纵机动灵活、安全可靠, 同时还必须具备扑灭被拖油驳初期火势的消防能力。为此, 需在较大功率的拖轮上加装一套消防设施; 必须实现主机远距离遥控(保留手动操纵以作备用); 机舱设集控室; 可加装声光报警和通信设施; 使用可变螺距螺旋浆。最后, 给出了适合长江沿岸油品码头港内作业拖轮的最大主机功率和拖轮的基本技术数据。

     

    Abstract: Runnig in oil dock a towboat is to drag a boat loading class Ⅰ of oil besides safety keeping on water in the oil dock, it is asked to be not only flexible in running, but also safe, reliable, as well as able to extinguish the begining of fire harzard on tow boat. An additional fire fight facilities should be installed on tow-boat with larger power, manipulating in remote control (reservation of manual operation for backup), control room in boat cabin to manitor operation conditions of prime machine, auxiliary and other facilities, light and audible alarms and communications, variable spiral pitch propeller. At last the author presents the maximum prime power of two boat suitable for docks along Chang Jian river and basic technic data of towboat.
